Over the past few days, I have received multiple emails and direct messages via social media from individuals based in the United States. These individuals have shared photographs of scam letters that they received by mail. These letters falsely claim to be from my law office.
Specifically:
- The scammers have used the name “Mo’s Law Office” without authorization on their fraudulent website: “https://www.moslawoffices.com”
- The above has no affiliation with Mo’s Law Office.
- My name has been misspelled in the fraudulent documents.
- The letters contain false contact details, directing recipients to phone numbers and/or email addresses that do not belong to me or my firm.
- These communications appear to be intended to defraud or mislead recipients into disclosing personal or financial information.
